minimum of 5 nights.
Winter/Summer weekends are 4 night minimums.

Rental Payments
Before or after making your reservation, you
can view a sample of Vacation Rental Agreement via the link on the
Reservations page. Since this is just a sample, when you call
or email to make your reservation, this will be followed by the
owner sending you the rental agreement and assisting you in its
completion. This must be signed and returned within 7 days with your
advance rental payment of 50% of the rental amount. VISA, MC
and checks are accepted for this initial payment. All monies
must be in US funds. The balance of your rent, housekeeping
fees, taxes, security deposit and any other fees are due NO LATER
than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30
days of arrival require payment in full. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE
ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. Certified checks and
VISA/MC are accepted.
Security Deposit
The house should be left broom clean and damage
free. The security deposit is
half the rental amount or $1000, whichever is the greater.
You may use a VISA/MC as authorization for your security deposit.
Phone
Please charge all long distance calls to a
credit card or call collect. There is no charge for local calls.
Housekeeping Fees/Toiletry Items
All beds will be made with fresh linen by the
housekeeping service prior to your arrival. Bath towels and face
cloths (one for each person the home accommodates). A housekeeping fee of
$200 is charged for
each reservation which also covers departure cleaning.
Check in/Check out Information
Check in time is 4:00pm on your arrival date
and check out is 10:00 am on your departure date. Please plan
your trip accordingly. If there is an opening before or after
your stay we may be able to accommodate any requests for changing
these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay
the check out time is very important because we need time to make
the home beautiful for our new guests.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Please respect this rule
as your security deposit will be held if a pet has been in the home.
Lost and Found
If you forgot something, call
707-975-6029 as soon as possible. We
will make every effort to find the lost item and return it to you
COD.
Other
The barbecue grill is a gas grill. The hanging
of towels, bathing suits, and snow suits, etc. is not allowed over
the decks and railings. The games, cards, pool and bar amenities are for
your enjoyment, please respect that and leave them in the house for
the next visitors.
