The following information gives details on prices and specifics regarding payment arrangements, security deposits, check in/out times and so forth.  Please do not hesitate to call or email if you have further questions

Rental Rates

Winter              Dec 14 – Mar 17        $385/night        $2310/week (one free night!)

Spring              Mar 18 - Jun 12          $315/night       $1575/week (two free nights!)

Summer            Jun 13 – Sept 15       $385/night        $2310/week (one free night!)

Fall                   Sep 16 – Dec 12        $315/night        $1575/week (two free nights!)

Christmas                                          $650/night        $3900/week (one free night!)

New Years                                         $650/night        $3900/week (one free night!)

Please add a one time cleaning fee of $200 (we are exempt from the room tax).

Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates.

ALL HOLIDAYS in Winter or Summer months are a minimum of 5 nights.

Winter/Summer weekends are 4 night minimums.  Thanksgiving rate = Winter rate

Rental Payments

Before or after making your reservation, you can view a sample of Vacation Rental Agreement via the link on the Reservations page.  Since this is just a sample, when you call or email to make your reservation, this will be followed by the owner sending you the rental agreement and assisting you in its completion. This must be signed and returned within 7 days with your advance rental payment of 50% of the rental amount.  VISA, MC and checks are accepted for this initial payment.  All monies must be in US funds.  The balance of your rent, housekeeping fees, taxes, security deposit and any other fees are due NO LATER than 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.  Certified checks and VISA/MC are accepted.   All payments by credit card can be done via the PayPal link on the Reservations page.

 Security Deposit

The house should be left broom clean and damage free.  The security deposit is half the rental amount or $1000, whichever is the greater.  You may use a VISA/MC as authorization for your security deposit. Within 30 days of departure you will be notified by mail of any damage and your credit card will be charged.

Tax

No room tax.

Phone

Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call collect.  There is no charge for local calls.

Housekeeping Fees/Toiletry Items

All beds will be made with fresh linen by the housekeeping service prior to your arrival.  Bath towels and face cloths (one for each person the home accommodates), kitchen and bath products are also included.  A housekeeping fee of $204 is charged for each reservation which also covers departure cleaning.

Check in/Check out Information

Check in time is 4:00pm on your arrival date and check out is 10:00 am on your departure date.  Please plan your trip accordingly.  If there is an opening before or after your stay we may be able to accommodate any requests for changing these times.  If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need time to make the home beautiful for our new guests. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.  Please respect this rule as your security deposit will be held if a pet has been in the home.

Lost and Found

If you forgot something, call 707-975-6029 as soon as possible.  We will make every effort to find the lost item and return it to you COD.

Other

The gas fireplace is not to be used in the summer months.  The barbecue grill is a gas grill.  The hanging of towels, bathing suits, and snow suits, etc. is not allowed over the decks and railings.  The games, cards, pool and bar amenities are for your enjoyment, please respect that and leave them in the house for the next visitors.
